Kyve had been entranced in the eyes of the voluptuous vulpine for what seemed to be an eternity- or at the very least three weeks- before the calling of his potential employer snapped him out of his wistful reverie. Head swinging in the direction of Gabriel, it seemed that he had found himself at least one able hand- the well-armoured man in the unorthodox hat. He seemed quite a bit more prepared for warfare than most other patrons, so Kyve was glad to have the company, though of course he was somewhat fearful of being overshadowed.

"Perhaps you can look after the child," Estobar suggested hopefully to the prone foxgirl, slipping away before the little girl had a chance to grab hold of him and strutting over to where Gabriel was babbling half-drunkenly. Worse than that, the hatted hero was babbling with him, rhetorically repeating the announcement in that utterly ludicrous accent of his. They were leaving the vicinity, and in pursuit of them was a girl whose hair couldn't decide if it would be unnaturally white or annoyingly pink, wielding some peculiar mockery of a trident and not at all dressed for warfare.

Looks were always deceiving though, and so Kyve held off on forming any real negative preconceptions as to his future teammates. Besides, one could never know when they might need a friend in a city such as this one. And so, head held high, he attached himself to the ever-growing contingency that was exiting the establishment.

"In my line of work, we would leave one alive, so as to spread the word of our deeds. It served as a warning for anyone else who dared cross our paths," Kyve Estobar said as he joined the huddle, in response to the man in lamellar armour, and in direct opposition of what he had suggested. He flashed the man a smile to show he bore no ill will in his disagreement, before turning to Gabriel.

"I will help you kill these goblins."

Gabriel, Algirdas, Innes and Kyve

Algirdas, preparing for battle, put on his nasal helm over his hat; his helm was strapped to his belt behind him by its own chin strap. Nasal helm on, longaxe over the shoulder, the pagan was ready for a fight at any moment. He turned around upon hearing someone say something; Kyve suggested to leave one alive to spread the word, and Innes was near. Algirdas looked a bit surprised to see a little woman with them.

“I suppose we let one or two go, blauman, but if we leave survivors, they may run away, then come back with more friendies and give more dangers to Gabriel in future against his homestead. If we let go on one or few, we can then follow them to their clan or camp, and attack them by surprise at night, kill some, then pull back into the night.” Algirdas said; if anyone was brave or crazy enough to attempt night-raids against the goblins in their homes, Algirdas was the man to follow in the future.
