Name: Malcolinus Aureus
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Race: Human

Appearance (Photo if Available
): A rather handsome looking young man with prominent facial features, dark skin and black hair. Standing tall at 6 feet, he is well built and charismatic. He has a soulful gaze that originate from his black eyes. Usually draped in only the most lavish clothes made from high quality pure silk from the far east, he emanates a sense of high-birth that distinguish him from the rest of the citizens of Falador. Everytime when seen walking on the streets in Falador, he's always studded with multiple jeweleries and gold accessories.

Skills
: Charismatic and attractive speaker, wonderful socialite, on good terms with most of the men in power and riches in Falador and even throughout the Kingdom of Asgarnia. A master and expert in gold and jewelleries knowledge, crafts and trading. He's also trained in a bit of self defense combat and gold mining.

Weaponry/Armor/Notable Accessories
: He usually wears a gold crown, a bulky shining gold necklace that is typically boastful and multiple gold rings with precious gems on most of his fingers. He also owns a fabled Runite Pickaxe, passed on to him by his father but is now lying in dust in a locked cabinet in his house.

History:
The Aureus Family is well known in Falador for owning a huge business in gold trading. Malcolinus’ father was a miner in Al-Kharid Desert Mine, where they originated from. When they found gold in the mine, Malcolinus' father took the opportunity and mined as much gold as he can from the mine and sold them off. With the money from the gold ores, he started a gold trading business in Al-Kharid and soon became wealthy.

However, he then moved to Falador in search of better education and life for his son away from the scorching heat of the desert and deadly venomous scorpions. That is why Malcolinus' appearance stand out from the rest.

Malcolinus as the heir to the largest gold trading business in the Kingdom of Asgarnia was naturally groomed to be the person he is now. The Aureus Family own a big estate at the southernmost part of the Falador City, almost near the bordering white stone wall and south entrance of Falador City. Their house is located to the south of the Falador Castle Moat, overlooking the magnificient castle to the north and the tranquility of the forest outside the stone wall to the south. Besides gold trading, the family also run spinning wheels that spin thousands of wools every year for the amulet industry.

And on a bleak rainy day, Malcolinus did not leave the house even though most citizens of Falador were asked to do so. Unlike most citizens of Falador, his personal relationship with the higher authority like Sir Amik Varze and his squire means that he often get benefits and advantages over the others. Sometimes even decree means nothing to him, as long as he is able to pay and fund the White Knight's war with the Black Knight. Being invincible to the authority, most of his jewelleries and gold trades are done in laissez faire attitude with his business partners like Herquin in Falador, Grum in Port Sarim and Gem Traders from Al-Kharid. He obtained most if not all of his supplies from the miners and crafters working in the Crafting Guild just south of Falador.

Wearing his brown apron, he is busy crafting and polishing another gold ring in the workshop in his house to be traded with his neighbour Wayne, who owns a chainmail shop.

(( WELCOME!!))

Aranel walked through the rain and admired the diminshed beauty of the city. The rain was making it hard to see the intricately carved stonework. She was careful to step on the established stones that made a path through the buildings, worn as they were. Her cloak barely brushed the stone and mud as she walked. It was tailored perfectly to hover just above the ground. The rain began to come down harder and Aranel turned and stood under the awning of a nearby building. She sighed softly and watched as her breath came out in little white cloud, the temperature was dropping.
Of Course. Not only is it wet but its Cold.
The cold was something she never quite got used to seeing as her home country is closer to the south than it is north. With Falador being near Ice Mountain, occasionally cold brisks of air came blowing through.

Across the street through the bleakness, Aranel could make out the faint glow of a fire. She pulled her hood tighter and made a quick dash across the cobblestones. She knocked on the door and stepped inside.
"Hello? Is anyone here?"
She looked up and saw a handsome young man holding a gold ring. He was rubbing it with a cloth, trying to polish the obviously fresh made ring. It became clear that the fire she thought she saw was really a furnace.
"Oh. I'm sorry. I saw the glow of your furnace and was looking for a place to get out of the rain and cold. Do you mind if I wait in here till the weather eases?"
She spoke slightly louder to be heard over the pounding rain and through her face cloth. Her Ice blue eyes sparkled against the light from the furnace and the light cast an eerie glow on the little of her face that was visible.
There isn't one.

Name: Two-two

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Appearance (Photo if Available):
6’3’’, 130 lbs.

Skills: martial arts

Weaponry/Armor/Notable Accessories: Short-sleeved mail shirt worn under tabard, iron vambraces, great helm, longsword

History: Her father was some odd adventurer named Azigarath, banished from Gielinor long ago as punishment for his crazy political views and uncontrollable anger. Despite that, he was a kind-hearted yet cold-hearted man who wondered his purpose in life. He studied his past in the Varrock library and found out his family heritage came from Kandarin. Coincidentally, he was always fond of Ardougne.

Eventually, Azigarath stumbled upon a lost child who somehow waddled into The Underground Pass. She had little memory of her past, so he assumed she was a plague orphan from East Ardougne. He nicknamed her Two-two, as that was all the child could say. After he fought through various demons and dangers, Azigarath ended up in the lands of the Elves, who had problems with Tyras and his forces.

The orphan was so moved by the mysterious man she wanted to be just like him. After ten years, she learned much from her guardian, and grew up to become a tall little lady. Two-two explored the world, and did everything he father did. But, one day, he was nowhere. She wanted to show Father the amulet she made for him. She did not know what happened, so she sought him out. She would eventually discover that the man who saved and nurtured her was gone...forever.

Other: Two-two occasionally exhibits immaturity, self-talk, awkwardness, dynamic changes in mood, and psychosis. What could these symptoms signify?

((Riniya Thank you for the nice background setting and warm welcome))
((Two-two it's time to make an entry, you haven't put up a second post for your entry into the story yet, we will be eagerly waiting to explore how a 15 years old girl will take Gielinor by storm))

A perfectionist like Malcolinus would never let gold rings that are made out of his workshop to be imperfect. Whether it's the symmetry, the shine, the surface polish and glow, the fit or the way the precious stones are inlayed into the ring, he has to make sure it's flawless before he would deliver them.

As he was focusing intensely on his work, he didn't notice someone knocked on the door that opens into his workshop, neither did he heard any footsteps behind him, definitely not with this noise the rain is making by hitting repeatedly on his brick roof. And then a slightly raised voice of a woman turned his head and his attention. Slightly annoyed, he thought,
What more do these peasants and salesmen want from me?
Understandably, being one member of the powerful and rich family in Falador, Malcolinus is never short of visitors daily. From a distant relative to a friend's neigbour, they don't stop coming, whether to ask for a loan, a wedding gift, trying to sell him something or make a business proposition.

But as his dark eyes fixed its gaze on the tall cloaked lady in grey robes with a hood and face cloth, he knew she was no ordinary citizen of Falador.
Oh, a visitor from outside. Interesting
He thought to himself. Malcolinus is instantly attracted to her soulful blue eyes. But he also saw a long, semi-transparent arch-like weapon carried on her back.
A bow, but it's no ordinary bow.
He reckoned. He had never seen anything like that before in his life.

Hi, yes, I wouldn't mind. You may stay here for as long as you like. The furnace just keeps burning.
He said as he pumped his bellow harder and shoved more coals into the burning furnace to make it even warmer. Supposedly for the comfort of his guest.

Malcolinus washed his hand by the sink in his workshop, put down his finished gold ring by the worktable, and asked,
May I get you anything? A cup of freshly brewed hot tea I suppose? You can have some bread or pies too if you want to. I'll get my servant to make it for you.

His charming smile and the glistening gold necklace just below his smile around his neck was simply too hard not to be noticed.

What brings you to this beautifully stoned walled City of the White Knights?

(( Welcome Azi! I look forward to reading your character's intro! -- No Problem DK. I enjoyed reading about your character and thank you for the nice comments on my story!))

Aranel watched as the man stoked the fire. She closed her eyes briefly at the rush of heat that came her way. Her cloak was soaking wet from the rain and she could feel the dampness to her bones. She stepped closer to the furnace and wrapped her arms around herself as the man washed his hands.
"Thank you for offering me a breath in your shop. I'm not used to the cold, we rarely experience it where I am from."
The rain began to pound against the building harder and people could be seen rushing by the windows trying to get home.

"I appreciate the offer of food and drink, but I am fine for now. I stopped a pub not too long ago."
Aranel watched citizens run by and thought back to what the couple said.
I have to be careful what I say. Too much questioning of the wrong people could hurt the people here.
"I am just passing through. I just came from Taverly. Didn't want to stop in the Goblin Village so I kept going until I made it here. The rain got harder and I had to seek Shelter. I saw the glow of your furnace but thought it was a fire. I didn't mean to intrude."

Aranel began to feel the dampness of her cloak start to steam away from the heat of the furnace. She began to get warm and pulled her ice blond braid out from the cover of the hood, but was delicate in doing so to prevent the hood from falling away.
Can't let anyone know I am an Elf. I have to hide my ears. People don't like elves around here so I have come to find.
Aranel turned her eyes away from the window and back towards the man and looked at his necklace. She noticed the freshly polished gleam and mentally took note of his need of perfection.
"What is there to do here in Falador?"
There isn't one.

The door slams shut, loudly. It opens, and someone leans into the doorway, great helm poking into view. Darkness and rain envelopes the individual. A flash of lightning blinks the figure with illumination. The person’s head disappears from sight and the door slams shut again. It opens again, and the person’s metal head reappears near ground level. The individual slides out of view and the door slams shut again. The door opens again.

Good morning, my neighbours!
” the person announces as she takes her helm off and carries it underarm, entering the place, mail jingling. She shakes her head, hair flicking water drops about.

The person grins from ear to ear and extends her free arm, hair and tabard dripping, helm glinting from firelight. She pauses, eyes moving side to side. She gradually becomes wild-eyed.

You, catch!
” She tosses her helm at the bejeweled Crafter’s direction, but it hits the ceiling and drops to the floor. She leaps at the veiled lady, arms spreading, “
Quick! Bro hug!

The sound of the door slamming caused Aranel to jump slightly. She turned her gaze to the door and watched as a figure repeatedly appeared and disappeared before a young girl walked into the room. Aranel watched with mild interest as she threw her helm at the man she was speaking with before it fell to the floor. The girl came at her with her arms open to try for a hug.

Aranel turned her palm with minuscule movements towards the girl and pushed slightly with her magic causing a force field to appear with barely a shimmer. You would have to be well versed in magic to see it. If the girl would try to come closer the field will stop her.
"I would prefer for you to not touch me please."
. Aranel was kind to people but did not like contact with others. She kept her palm out and watched the girl warily, curious as to what she would do next. She also made sure to keep her focus on the man, interested in what his reaction to the young girl would be.
I don't think this girl is native to Falador. I do not know of what use she would be to me to find out what is going on in this city.
There isn't one.

Malcolinus was mesmerized by his guest's golden eyes and ice blond hair as she uncovered it delicately from under the hood carefully.
Beautiful.
He thought to himself. He watched and listened to her attentively, and as words was coming out of his mouth, trying to reply, the door to his workshop banged a few times and a young lady in iron entered. Before he could react, an iron helmet was tossed in his direction, he tried to catch it after it changed course once it hit the ceiling but failed to grab hold of it. The iron piece fell onto the ground making a loud clanking sound, but drowned out by noise of the rain that was getting heavier outside.
What neighbour? I don't think I have ever seen her around this area before.

Great, another one.
Malcolinus watched as the drama unfold between the both of his guests. The young girl tried to hug the taller lady but was rejected. He identified the girls iron mail, still dripping waters.
That looks like ordinary iron mail, nothing impressive. Wayne has many of those.
He knew about chainmails, his father used to tell him that Mithril mined from the Al-Kharid mine makes the best chainmail, much stronger than even iron or steel.

Malcolinus raised his voice slightly to be heard through the rain,
Alright settle down young lady. Take a seat, you can stay here while waiting for the rain to pass.
He then directed his eyes back to the lady in grey robe,
You're most welcome. Don't worry you're not intruding. I get many guests all year round. So Taverly? A Guthixian Druidess I suppose?
Malcolinus said as he tried to figure out if this lady had any hidden agenda behind the face cloth.

Oh and sorry for being rude. Let me introduce myself. My name is Malcolinus Aureus. You can call my Aureus, by my family name. It means gold.
