--<<The Hunt for the Huntsman>>--
"Ages ago, there was a young woman that had joined the Deathstalkers to prove her worthy for a most skilled son of the Hir'Kiv household whom she was deeply in love with.
But when she had finished her long personal training and worked up the courage to ask him, he sadly informed her that the quiet life as a family did not interest him.
Saddened, but not discouraged, she worked out another plan to 'catch' his interest, quite literally.
When he was hunting dark beasts for sport, he snagged himself into a wire which he deftly cut off with his claws, only to trigger the true trap and find himself tied up.
Emerging from the shadows with a mischevious grin, the young deathstalker asked if he could reconsider her request.
Angered, humiliated but also impressed, the huntsman smiled at the soulmate that had found him."
The Hunt for the Huntsman is our valentine, you could say, women and men of youth are encouraged to find and catch the one they love.
Of course there's some guidelines to avoid needless harm & confusion.
--<<The Tunneler's feast>>--
"And as times grew dark and wildlife became more and more elusive, The Tunneler came, and with him came the wildlife and fruits of nature.
And the people rejoiced, becoming more understanding of how loving nature can be if you only take what you need and give away that which you don't."
Once a year, a clan is picked to hold a public feast in the main city of the common people. Everyone is welcome to attend and bring their own food to share. This feast is held to strengthen the trust and bonds between the clans and the people.

Who is The Bane? Was he an exiled Darkborn? Why he rebelled, what made hime bad? Why were you, the narrator, exiled, and if it was for a murder, why hasn't the Wraith got to you, and could they follow their murderers onto the surface?
I'm not usually that keen on fantasy stories, but "The Moles" had me engrossed from the first paragraph. This cleverly written story, with its claim to be only "a brief history" of the Moles, has a lot of potential to become a great adventure with a hint of tragedy and a mystery at its heart.
Some of the ideas, such as that of Darkness being the source of strength, knowledge and enlightenment for Moles, or the idea of murder having such terrible consequences as the vengeance of the Wraith, ring impressively original to me (although it maybe due to my ignorance of the genre). And the amount of description detail, made me want to see it all drawn or painted by one of the Rs gallery artists.

Another thing; fabulous names!
Also, even though there are several links to Rs and Gielinor, I think this could well stand on its own, and if I were you, I'd made sure it was copyrighted :) (but I'm paranoid, see thieves everywhere)
Let us not wait too long for the next instalment
all the best, Ols

--<<The Past, How much is known>>--
While much of the events and names of our society have been carefully archived and written down, there is a very ominous gap in it.
How did we come to be here?
No murals, artwork or scriptures exist and even the oldest of us do not remember our origin.
But i'll go through what i personally know, in order of events.
The earliest we know is that we simply were here, under the guidance of the Three and the Tunneller. While the Three were hard at work creating the foundation for our culture, little is known what the Great One himself was doing during the time period.
The Three ordained the Eleven Clans to guard and maintain the depths. Great emphasis was put on the fact that they were not to lead or command those without clan blood, yet we were fully allowed to work together. To note is that the Three ordained 10 clans themselves, the Eleventh and most powerful clan, the House of Blaque, was formed with the blessing of the Tunneller himself.
The Glyph Forges are found, their makers unknown and their purpose yet to be discerned.
A conflict arose between the three brothers, the reason lost or perhaps left out to avoid future conflict. They disappeared, possibly joining their father in his self-imposed sleep or exile?
And from here on history remained stagnant. The Three inspired the Warders, Seers and Darkprowlers to form for the betterment of the depths.
The Glyph Forges have been carefully restored and the knowledge how to use their power opens up over a hundred possibilities
The Loruz Renegades formed and was shunned by both the clans and the common folk.
The proper method of processing Dark Iron is finally established, and supremacy over the renegades and other threats is a fact.
The Ebon Reaver is forged, used and subsequently lost within the span of a year.
The Bane of Te-Kerej makes himself known and declares himself a Clan Lord over the Loruz.
