High blood pressure makes you emotional, hence my tough attitude towards my bosses prior to being fired from my job last month, but not even the highest seniority wills top me from swearing and yelling in their face.

Yes, Blue Pyromancy casts frozen fire/fiery ice, it is meant to be portrayed as a blue flame that can freeze or burn as blue fire, but it only burns with extreme coldness. Atatos does humorously mention Annie burned some pigs with it, but Blue Pyromancy/frozen fire/fiery ice are all the same thing, the icy flames burn with coldness. Think of it like a less severe version of liquid nitrogen formed as flames or solid flames of coldness. I hope this helps clearing things up, I was rather sloppy creating that form of magic.

Oh, and as for the example I and Annie referenced, on page 43 post 3, the frozen fire had engulfed the interior of the skulls, "frying" with coldness, it was meant to allude to ice forming and sounding like sizzling, but not being sizzling, just ice/freezing forming audibly. I will need to be more careful in my choice of wording.

anyways, I'm done for tonight, be back tomorrow!

"Let's make 50% of the world's population carry guns just in case they happen to be the one in a million who actually experience a terrorist attack."

I doubt that would stop the terrorists. It would just make them prioritize killing the women first. Or they wouldn't be afraid at all because they think women are inferior. Or their leaders might say they will go to hell anyways because they are too afraid to fight women.

Then there's the fact that not everyone feels comfortable walking around with a gun. Also many of the public buildings where terrorist attacks usually occur do not allow weapons.

No Capt, I am alluding to women in Western and Northern Europe, especially the UK, Nordic countries, and Germany, not the whole world. Just because a tiny percentage of people are killed by terrorists doesn't mean you shouldn't prepare for it.

If citizens are allowed to be armed anywhere they go, terrorists and criminals would have multiple threats, which would be unnerving for them. Terrorists are brave when killing unarmed citizens, but they are cowards when face-to-face with other armed forces. Regardless of who the targets are, terrorists will always be at a disadvantage if they must go against multiple people who are armed. I would feel safer with armed citizens in a potentially dangerous area, than being in a potentiality dangerous area unarmed.

For example, in Poland, the people want citizens to be able to legally carry guns like in Texas, due to the potential threat of a terrorist attack planned to be in Warsaw, as well as a possibility of Russia attacking Poland. If your nation is invaded, your citizens must be armed to defend themselves. Citizens, patriots, soldiers, militia, and police, together, stand a better chance of defeating an invading force.

However, the best alternative is to know the basics of hand-to-hand combat. In my opinion, more kids should grow up learning kickboxing, jiujutsu, MMA, wing chun, or similar martial arts, so that we know how to protect ourselves.
Another alternative, as done historically during the Middle Ages, is to wear solid iron bracelets around the wrists and use them as knuckle dusters, wear rings with a hook or spike on the top, or wear a small blade disguised as and worn with jewellery.
