Metagaming is when your character knows things they shouldn't be able to know.
Let's use your character Judy as an example. On Into the Fire, you have made it clear that she plans to betray the group. But as of yet, she has done nothing to reveal her true intentions. If I suddenly had Joric call her out on her treachery and challenge her to a fight, that would be metagaming, as there is no way Joric would have been able to figure that out,
