Probably, though I have to wonder what kind of calibre an 18-foot mecha might use - unless medical science has come so far as to repair red(?) smears on the wall. How powerful are mecha shields in iTV - do they deflect everything, or only soften the blows?

Wouldn't you want to protect your cockpit with as much armour as you can spare to prevent a direct shot to the pilot?

Armour:
Gwen wears an armless leather steel-plated brigandine with leather chaps, vambraces, greaves and boots adorning her extremities. She wields two leather belts with many pouches – one across her waist to hold up her sword and the other buckled over her shoulder to secure her bow. Over her armour, she drapes a worn but warm deep blue travellers cloak embroidered with gold stitching.

I'm going to come out and say it, I have no idea what people wore into battle back in the middle ages - though I imagine it would be different from what Sabre wears in Fate/Staynight. Would this be about right, or would I need to add more detail?

Hey Azi, is your thread ready for posting, or do I need to stay my hand for a moment?

West, this is what I"m doing, but I would not use myself as a frame of reference:

Attire: Glenn’s clothing is fairly simple; a plain black shirt, with plain trousers, tucked into boots. In addition to this, Glenn also wears a hooded cloak, which he uses to try and not attract attention in situations where attention would be detrimental. His hands are also hidden by leather gloves.

Armour: Glenn doesn’t actually wear standard armour, preferring to secure metal plates in key locations underneath his clothing. These plates are secured with leather straps, and allows for protection in his vital areas, while still allowing for an ample range of motion.

Hey, listen...I was distracted by a shiny object and completely missed that singular post. It's not that I'm stupid and don't pay attention...

But I'll post it in the morn, because I'm far too tired to copy paste a completely finished bio. (LOGIC!)

Gwen's armour seems fine to me. Presumably, the leather is boiled, as soft leather, aka rawhide, is easily cut through. Overall, as an archer and swordswoman who wears some armour, Gwen seems to be an all-around useful character who fits the Northern Continent. She's useful against the equivalents of Ancient Romans, Ancient Greeks, ancient barbarians, and other medieval opponents as well.

Yes, my thread is open, feel welcome to post anytime you want!

Glenn's armour seems fine, but a bit limited.

As a heads-up, I prefer all bios to be posted in my thread, for convenience. There are two character creation prompts if they must be used.
