You are more than welcome to do what you please Annie. But yeah, every time you tell me to RP with you, I kinda get stuck since you're not yet directly involved with my own threads and the other RPs are currently on hold. :/ On the bright side, hopefully, Angel and all other users will come back! Speaking of which, I hope Angel and Blue, and everyone else, is doing good.

OK, I await the bio's coming eagerly! I don't know if you'll post another Annie clone, but this time, the innocence of youth will not be enough to overcome demonic possession; the demons do not care how good, evil or young a victim is, they will openly possess anyone if they have to.

Also, if you have any troubles with making a short story, or need help in anything to form a short story, I can help you out here in the SRCT.

If anyone has any more questions or comments, feel welcome to post them. Basically, when you introduce your bio, just focus on the introduction by forging your own locale; leave everything else to me.

but I'm thinking mec* fights pose a lot more of a risk and skill than jumping in a NASCAR and driving in circles all day.

When you explained this to me, my eyebrows went up. I am intrigued, what kind of risk?, I would say that the sport would have the mec* fighters be encaged in bullet-proof glass, so that they don't get a shot in the ribs heart or the head (Remember that Mec* fighting is a civilian recreational function, so bullets would be used here).

I didn't say I was writing a 4kids screenplay. :P

I suppose your latter statement can be explained by "trained professionals with a death wish only", I imagine this is the sort of place you'd go when you leave the alliance military and realise you have no life-skills besides mecha maintenance. Sure, in Mecha fights you aren't supposed to kill or maim the opposing pilot, but think about it. How disappointed are you when you go to a demolition derby only to find out the cars aren't allowed to touch each other?

Seriously. I've been to one of those. It sucked.

Unless cockpits are housed outside of the actual machine, there would always be a degree of risk riding 10-tonne frames into battle. The weapons would be scaled so it didn't cause too much damage to the arena - and I imagine a lot of people would forfeit as soon as their shields went down anyway.

Plus. Have you ever seen an ugly pilot? ;) think of the sponsor marketing!

I'm guessing that there are trained trauma specialists that specialize in dealing with wounded mecha pilots, just in case, who treat the injured pilot on the spot, then, I'm guessing a bullet wound is not that serious of a wound anymore, unless they are shot in a specific area. Medical advances would ensure that a bullet is found quickly enough to extract it and save the patient, perhaps? Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy! =)
