I know I probably missed the brief, but do common/military handheld weapons still use bullets or are they all laser beams and phasers in iTV?

Seems kind of inconvenient to only keep bullet-fed radiation rounds for only the Ikranians - unless, of course, we're using self-contained shredder semi-automatic rail-guns like mass effect. O_o
