I'll preface this by saying I know Warhammer about 1%. Most of what I do is loose science-fiction base with various mixed elements, since I'm not really adhering to a single universe.

To actually answer your question, yes, she's fully invisible, and no, it doesn't turn off unless what generates the field is put out of commission. To do that, her armor would have to get seriously damaged, as the system is incorporated through it. Also, there's no silhouette, at least on hers, as I was going with the thought that she had some of the most advanced stealth tech available.

So, no, there's nothing to make him notice. Besides, she's not actually near them right now. Since she started moving ahead a bit before everyone else, and was unimpeded, I doubt she'd be within sight range anymore. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
