*nerd voice again* ERM... ACTUALLY, it is not unusual for people to build farms near volcanoes, as many tend to have excellent soil. There is actually this volcano in Italy, which people believe will one year erupt, but because the soil is so good none of the farmers want to leave.

You sir, have activated my trap card! Since, as you may know, the very next line is "if my little farming knowledge is to believed." Glenn wouldn't know the ideal growing conditions for corn, but naturally assumes that a volcano would not be the best place. So, yes, he is wrong.

But I knew that (of course, who doesn't? Psshaw), and put it in for comedic effect! Gotta get in those agriculture jokes every now and then!

Yeah, let's go with that...
