DF Angel, I wasn't sure if those three reptilian monsters are NPCs or not. I have about five posts' worth of an action scene, but I'm not sure if you want to RP with them briefly, or just let Spirry fight them and continue on, seeing as no-one else is involved in this section of the RP. If necessary, I will edit the posts after I post them.



Oh ******* hell, and I yet again completely forgot about auto-hitting god-modding thing in Into the Fire and The Lost Kingdom. Hopefully, there won't be any problems, but if there are, feel welcome to say so.

What's up everyone!

By now you all probably hate me for making characters and then ditching them and continuing on with my sad, sad, sad, sad life.

But some friends of mine have asked me to start writing again, and I feel like I need some practice.

Into the Fire was looking good. D F, can I get your opinion on a character that is a corpse held together by many different insects? It's a character idea I've toyed with for a while, but ultimately it was a mage killed by the mercenaries, and now the last bit of magic he used was to create this Swarm that seeks vengeance.

If that's no good, I'll hit up the drawing board again and think of something. Cower, worship, or beg. All are valid choices.

Isn't it a bit meta that Duncan just sent his sparrow back like that?

I mean does he really need a bird hanging out there to observe when they've already got two people hanging out there, and no one really has any reason to enter? He's essentially sending the bird to eavesdrop on two on their own people, when he has no reason to question their loyalty.

If he had called the bird and left it there the moment he got out, it would have made a bit more sense. But here he does it a significant amount of time afterwards, and it just so happens to be exactly when something is going on at the inn, and in the exact same room where it was happening, so that the sparrow can reveal this key information on a meeting that had nothing to do with Conleth, which he never would have learned otherwise.

There wasn't even a chance for anyone in the Inn to notice the bird and do something about it - maybe ask "Why is this random sparrow staring at us through a window? Didn't that troll turn into a bird?" Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
