I did some research on feudal Japan and Samurai as well. The source told me they began training at age 3. Based on that source, Subaki would know how to use a katana. Despite muscle atrophy and malnutrition. He might be a little rusty. I can't easily explain why Subaki would put his sword away though. It would have made more sense for him to put his sword away after the rabbit gave him a false sense of security, not before he knew what was going on. That way it would look like his lack of actual experience in a war zone got him into a situation.

In other news, I found out that I was permanently assigned to Lejac, so chances are I won't be promoted to supervisor at Vanderhoof anymore. I wish the process would go through, as I always wanted to be involved in tree planting in some way (before training to be a trucker and becoming a security guard, I applied for tree planting at several companies but they never hired me), do my part for helping the world. Oh well.

Exhausted, Annie. I'm not sure I understand anything that is going on in my class. I don't understand the content. The tutors are doing everything for me, and I don't know how to get them to teach the material from a different angle. I have no confidence I will be able to do well on the final, and it's all due to this fucking pandemic. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy! =)
