The thing is, I'm pretty sure it wasn't even planned. They made an alliance with the Backstabby Murdery House, and the next day an unhinged assassin then proceeded to seduce and kill their eldest son, while at the same time an unhinged old woman also did... something... to the Goodie McGooderson's army? That's the story of that entire thread, though. I feel like none of what happened was actually planned by anyone. It just kinda happened naturally, which made it really cool. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
