I think a timeskip would work. This way, Seyasani can regroup with Aranel, the other group can appear north of Draynor, and if necessary, I can intro Mercadier at Draynor Village or Port Sarim, whichever works best.

A slight timeskip doesn’t bother me. Annie and Aranel have left the tower. Seya is on her way to them. It’s whatever. But I wouldn’t skip straight to Draynor, maybe on the way there for the rest of the group.
