Happy Birthday, Azi! I can somewhat relate to not wanting to celebrate birthdays - living a year longer never felt much like something worth pausing over.

I can't recall watching an anime that uses the name Azigarath, though it's difficult to say because Anime is sorta restricted here, and I generally don't watch anything pre-2000. Does the name mean anything? because google isn't finding anything.

Oh, Azigarath means nothing, it a fictional name I invented in grade six or seven, I think, but sometime before RuneScape 2 came out. It became my RuneScape account's name at a later time.

So, to be more specific, when I googled azigarath, these are the results:

OK, I looked up more results, and discovered that this anime is called Tenshi no Tamago, or Angel's Egg in English. It's from way back in 1985, curiously enough. I don't know how or why a .gif from this anime is teh first result when I Google Azigarath, but I'll take it as a sign of sorts. One day, I shall watch this cartoon, and see what I can see.

I don't really celebrate birthdays either to be honest. Or really any holidays. I do like Christmas and Thanksgiving but that's about it. Easter's okay. Sometimes I get sorta festive and get some gifts for my nieces and nephews but I don't see them often.

I also think most anime is lame which is probably a point of contention here. I did really enjoy Cowboy Bebop, FLCL and Big O when I was younger though. Dragon Ball Z isn't bad and although from what I hear it was universally despised by most anime people, I did really like Inuyasha when I was younger. Gundam was okay. I kinda fell out of it though after I turned 13 or so. Most of the series went on WAYYYY too long for me to even keep up with or follow. Oh, Lupin the 3rd wasn't bad either.
