There's still some issues.
1. How can her father be a respected knight when he went and had a child with an elf? Remember that elves and humans have a rather violent history with each other. There's going to be racism.
2. You still haven't specified what magic she learned, or what spells she can cast. And if she went to the Academy, at her age she would only know Generic and Craft Magic, and
maybe
the very basics of one element.
3. Camouflage clothes? I'm guessing you mean modern army camo? I don't know if that's really a thing in the medieval period, and it doesn't sound like something a person in her position would be able to get her hands on. Besides, it won't be of much use, because she's going on a ship, and then into an ash covered wasteland.
4. Where did she get her armour? She's at an age where children begin to grow rather quickly, and she has been at the Academy for a few years now, so if she brought armour with her it would no longer fit. And it's not like she would have any reason to get a new set during her time at the Academy.
My advice:
-Take out the things related to magic. At her age she isn't going to know much anyways.
-What I would suggest for her backstory: You can keep the idea that her father was a knight. You could then say that she was the illegitimate child of the knight (perhaps he cheated on his wife with an elf) but because she was his only kid he decided to take her in and train her as a successor. Fast to now, and his wife finally gave him a legitimate child. He then loses interest in Annie, and stops trying to find someone for her to squire for (thus making it nearly impossible for her to become a knight.) So, she runs off to join a mercenary company.
-For her armour: I would allow a gambeson and a boiled leather vest, and maybe a helmet along with some steel gauntlets and knee/shin guards. If you don't know what a gambeson looks like, look it up on google images.
