Elves do indeed have alienages within the Human Kingdoms - one in each capital except for Talendria. There was a small percentage of them who didn't want to abandon their lands but were willing to bow to the Sorusian Empire.
After Gnaris fell to the Sorusians, there were Gnomes who fled to Elfgard, Dormoor, and the Drow Empire. There are small gnomish communities in Elkwood and the major drow cities, and there are a few villages in southwestern Dormoor which were founded by Gnomish refugees. There is also another small Gnomish community in Greenhaven, many of them mages who work/study at the Academy.
There is a significant dwarf population in the city of Daralt, and in the villages of western Valender.
A few goblin families can be found living in the slums of Daralt, but nowhere else - they have terrible relations with the Dwarves and Elves (a good quarter of Dormoor was once Goblin territory, and the Goblins frequently skirmish with Elven Tribes.) Though all Orcish tribes generally have a few dozen or a couple hundred of goblin slaves in their communities.
There are some Orcs who wander the human kingdoms as mercenaries, where they aren't attacked on sight, but they are still regarded with extreme wariness.
Drakonians, Pixies, and Drows are very isolationist, and don't generally emigrate in large enough quantities to form communities.

Vikings were also coastal raiders, they still set up villages and towns.
Orcs have tried setting up towns and villages in the past. Generally what happens is these towns and villages come under repeated attacks by the locals, so they have to station more warriors to defend them. In the meantime, the other tribes back home take advantage of this and try to move in on their home turf.
It's not worth it, especially when the coastal lands of Elfgard and the Goblin Woods aren't that valuable, and the Dwarven lands are too well-guarded. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
