The two Turian Blue Suns in Nimi's immediate area (including the three human Blue Suns, plus the Churhee Riflemen) are simply obeying orders. They are neither good nor bad, but capable of both good and bad, depending on the pay or how greedy their regiments become.
Blue Suns mercs who happen to be Turian do not seem to be much different from their human counterparts. The only difference I can see in-game in Mass Effect, is that the vast majority of elite Blue Suns personel of villainous nature are human.

If you are attentive and clever, you may notice trends in the RP, especially if an in-RP character just so happens to have the same name as from the Mass Effect franchise.
We are also moving onto the phase of the RP, which will gradually reveal the reasons of why the Blue Suns are in Tatooine, reveal a Sith presence which foreshadows a reworked Dead Space Marker, warn of an imminent Reaper Invasion via The Dealer and reveal his purpose, and allow you and Atarashi to decide whether to intercept the incoming Reapers or solve the mysteries of the Sith and The Marker via further exploration of Jabba's Palace, and subsequently relocating Gaanla (images will be provided to portray the merging of Star Wars and Hellraiser and other franchises, so don't worry about memorizing text). This may, however, take a few to several turns.
