To be fair, he's probably the closest thing the series has to a reasonable authority figure.

EDIT: It should be noted that the TV series makes him out to be more heroic, smarter, depraved and sadistic than the comic counterpart.

Mm.

Oh, I never would have guessed. I actually did not know the series was based on a comic book.

In other news, I just beat Klassic Tower in Mortal Kombat X! However, I can only beat it on Easy, and only barely. This is an improvement since Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, which I could only beat on Very Easy. Basically, all I do, is press random keys and hope for the best. Do some blocking, jumping, and timing, and sometimes my character does crazy things I can't explain. Can't pass Golden Beast in Test your Might. I don't know why, but D'Vorah's cries of pain are funny and sad at the same time. She just opens her mouth, squints her eyes, and goes "Nnyyyaaaaahhh!" and it's just priceless. Poor thing.

Hey, West, have you checked out the "Here's Negan" mini-comic-series?

If not, here is a summary:

-Negan was a gym teacher.
-He had a wife named Lucille.
-He was loved by his students, and invited them to play Ping Pong.
-He cheated on his wife a lot. He still loved her, though.
-His wife got cancer.
-He ended his affair out of guilt.
-His wife died the day the outbreak started.
-He couldn't kill her zombie.
-Had to let a thirteen year old boy kill her instead.
-That thirteen year old boy then died.
-He met various other survivors. He had to watch them all die as well.
-Negan was camping in the woods, when Dwight approached him.
-Dwight invited Negan to a group.
-Negan eventually became the leader of that group.
-They encountered another group that was engaged in some uh... rather ungentlemanly practices towards women.
-Negan wasn't having that shit.
-He bashed their leader's head in with a bat.
-He wrapped that bat up in barbed wire. Started calling it Lucille.
-Declared that the survivors of the group whose leader he just murdered will now have to pay him tribute.
-Vowed to kill any of them who stand in his way.

Anime Logic Quiz:

So, you find out your local group of cute innocent 10 year old girls are half-breed monsters. Even one of these girls could kill unfathomable amounts of people, but haven't. These girls are the only ones who can fight the monsters, as the military are incompetent cannon fodder.

Do you, as a law abiding citizen:

A) Call the police so they can kick the girls back into the ghetto's (or shoot them in private).
B) Alter the family registary. WE NEVER HAD A CHILD UNDER THAT NAME.
C) Outright bully the kids in public.
D) Remove all human rights so they can be used as disposable weapons and tools.
E) Find out where they live so you can plant a huge bomb on where they gather.
F) Not care, leaving a group of would-be monsters be.
G) Organise a civilian militia to purge the monster girls before the monsters attack.
H) All of the above.

... This seems like a reoccurring theme I don't understand in media. Why would the citizenry openly antagonise monsters they fear might kill them?

Simple, you ban citizen's rights to have knives! Slightly more seriously, if you are faced with monsters, you must have armour and weapons in your house at all times, and be ready to use them. Though, I'd go for a militia or a constabulary.

I think it's pathetic for London's mayor, incey-wincey little Khan, to want to ban knife sales in hopes to reduce crime. Obviously, taking away the rights of citizens who obey the law is the best way to lower crime! The UK and the EU are becoming more and more totalitarian by the day.
