You’re right, different countries have different living costs, but it’d be nice to work for more than thirteen dollars an hour. Besides, I’ll also treat this as an adventure. Basically, I want to get a working visa whilst having a vacation, because I like having an adventure.
Peculiar points. Indeed, chances are, job opportunities are usually limited to those who are educated and experienced in something, whereas I’m just a loser. Oh yes, there are pockets in Europe where the people will dislike you if you’re not a fellow countryman. Though I am a bit surprised Australia is becoming xenophobic. I honestly can’t imagine anyone being more right wing than me. I will mention that whenever I encounter someone more right wing than me, I tend to think they are crazy.
Oh yes, housing is extremely expensive especially in places like Sydney or Melbourne, but I grew up in poverty. I can handle low expenses. I make my own bread, for example, that’ll help cut costs. But I am aware that there is no romanticization to be believed in any country: life is about working hard, then studying hard, then working hard again. I am used to hard work. Eh, as for moving to Australia, I don’t see myself doing that, I just wanna get a working visa, find some work, and have a little adventure. The only time I would live in Australia would be, for example, I fell in love with a girl and wanted to marry her. I think that you need four years to get an Australian citizenship.
Anyways, thanks for your input, West! It’s definitely valuable. My Texan friend’s mother is also Australian, she might give me a few points of advice, too.
