Which is perfectly fair because I was about to edit this to say it's fine. Ignore my lengthy previous post.

I just can't post and read stuff stuff quickly enough my phone, it seems.

Ha, Annie is so nice as an in-game character. And George is back!

Anyways, I remain unemployed, in a freakin' city, that's constantly developing and has a high demand for jobs. Oddly enough, WorkBC and other similar agencies keep telling me there's more jobs than people in Prince George, yet whenever I hand out resumes and be annoying to managers and supervisors, they ALWAYS tell me they hire in the summer, as business is slow in late winter.

So, I decided to try to start seeking work in Australia. If this works, and I fly to Aussie-land, obviously, I won't be able to RP for a while. Minimal wage in Australia is almost seventeen dollars an hour, which sure beats thirteen dollars an hour with twelve hour shifts. Of course, it's certain I will be getting the worst jobs in Australia, probably work in a crocodile farm or fruit-picking or something, but it's a start. If I can handle twelve hour shifts in mills, I'm pretty sure I can handle whatever awaits for me in Australia. Would be nice to escape freezing temperatures and three feet of snow, too, ha!

New York City? Hm, it's very hard to get a work visa for America, especially with Trump's tougher immigration rules about. If you want a work visa for USA, you need a master's degree at least, and then a few years of work experience. I almost didn't make it across the border when I went to see my Texan friend last year. So, finding work in USA just won't work for me.

Nevertheless, thanks for your concern, Annie, but it seems Australia is my best bet. New Zealand, Iceland and Norway are also possibilities, but we'll see.

@Azi

It's a bad idea to compare the minimum wage between two countries, since it'll be the same anywhere you go - aka. bare amount you need to pay for power, rent, bread and milk. Different countries have different essential living costs after all.

Based on what we're fed, the three places we're suggested not to look for work are northern Europe, America and Australia - the later two are building up increasingly xenophobic policies towards who can and cannot enter (or work/study in) the country, while Northern Europeans (Norway, Estonia, Sweeden, Finland) have kinda been exclusive dicks for years in that regard. People reportedly look at you funny if you're different, and whole communities go out of their way to tell you that you don't belong - even if you're married to one.

Also, if you're looking to move to Australia, make sure you have a place to live. Housing (and even trailer lots) can be difficult to come by, and is one of the major hassles (and costs) of moving there.

Nah, you should already have your actions pre-determined so you can have a post already written and therefore can post immediately. Who needs character interaction when you have speedy posts?
