...why is Annie still shivering? I thought the ship was being heated.

Shock? It's a realistic reaction.

I'd accept this if she was acting like it at all.

I dunno, when people think of shock they think of crying messes - but based on my understanding, I think there are different degrees of shock, most of which you feel utterly normal until you suddenly fall apart.

It would also explain her lack of inhibitions to simply waltz in and say her ideas without worry of reprimand, and her paranoia of not being listened to. She's also exhibited signs of confusion and anxiety (not enough food, training, too dangerous to leave, etc), which is common amongst patients with shock.

No, she didn't.

Look, we went over this several times during character creation and then multiple times again after the roleplay started. You refused to be anything other than a 12-year-old normal kid, and so if you're going to stick with that you have to abide by the fact that you're not going to be in the same situation as people that have trained for combat the majority of their lives.

I have no issue with you having a character that's able to fight, but that character is not Annie.

Well, there goes that idea.

In my past experience, simply going from a cold wet area into a warm room isn't enough to stop the shaking process - if it were, hypothermia wouldn't be a thing. She, and everyone else in the room, would require time to thaw out - it's actually a surprise that more people aren't shaking.

I know in Bridgett's case that she simply won't admit it - I assume most other characters feel the same.

Oh, I suppose I should probably note that it's not cold rain. I know that isn't enough to prevent people from developing problems due to extended exposure, but it does make a difference. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
