Well, I had a rather adventurous drive today. Earlier today, I drove to Quesnel with my older brother and his young son, so that he could pick up a semi truck as the one provided with him broke down. So off we go. Once he gets his truck, he puts his five-year-old son in the passenger seat, and drives off, me following behind in my car.

At times, I was driving up to 140 kmph/87 mph and I could not catch him, so he could have been driving at around 150 kmph/93 mph, with winter conditions, during nighttime, with his five-year-old son sitting next to him. Fortunately, nothing bad happened, and I was surprised he wasn’t stopped by the police and given a speeding ticket.

Once I rendezvoused with him, I bitched at him for his irresponsible behaviour, though he insistently said he was driving 110 kmph. He simply does not care about what he does, even if it means putting his son’s life at risk, much to my irritation.

To relieve myself of the stress, I bought South African wine (Obikwa) and Polish potato vodka (Luksusowa).

... Yeah, I'm not sure I'm courageous enough to attempt even 110km/h in wintery conditions by myself, let alone with someone else in the car. :O That being said, roads in my country tend to have lots of single lane winds, so you can’t really afford to drive at those sorts of speeds.

Not to sound like a wet blanket, but it's good that you're able to confront your brother about it. Nothing good ever comes of letting these sorts of things slide.

I'd also be hesitant to drive over a hundred in such conditions. My older brother's behaviour did stress me out quite a bit, it was way too irresponsible. It's like he treats reality as if a toy.

Thanks for supporting me. Exactly, it was too extreme. He did show he's an epic good trucker, but what he did was just crazy, and in a bad way. I hope he won't ever do that again.

Anyways, I'm drinking a cup of vodka and feel better already. I just couldn't post anything in any RP today, but I will post tomorrow, after I finish another day of job hunting.

Oh, and I also ordered a bunch of Swiss cigars. Cost me about sixty bucks after shipping just for five Swiss cigars, though there were some cigars worth several hundred dollars for a pack of twenty. Speaking of Swiss, I have a Swiss watch made in the 1950s that still works. However, the leather was re-added in Poland a few years ago.
