By law, you are a child until you're 18. Thus, if you are 17 or younger, by law, you are considered a child. I suppose this still applies to the future.

Anyways, I reread through my new RP and tidied it up. Made descriptions clearer, added a bit more info where necessary, and overall, I think the thread is ready. I will be posting a few bio examples soon.

... that inexperience also makes them great fodder. I mean, you don't have to pay to produce them in great numbers, you can throw out broken products at any time, they can be programmed without special training (kids are gullible if they trust you), and they have a demoralising effect on enemies with morals.

I do have a question for you, Annie. Why are you so interested in child characters?

Now here's the stinger. While this might be true in first world areas, would the law extend to the many children living in the slums? Unless your world has a different culture, it's likely where you'll see the biggest baby boom, mainly because poor people seldom have access to contriceptives.

That's a good question. Children in the Slums are considered children, but they are not citizens of a city, so very few would care about them. In the Slums, since there's no law, whether someone is a child or not, is an assumed conclusion based on the individual, I guess.



I posted the first bio example on page 4. I will be doing some edits there as well. After, I will be going outside to shovel snow, and once done, I'll be back to post two more bios.

Well I've got about 90% of the character figured out.

Of course, the bits I don't have figured out are abilities...

Also you have too many perks because I want more than I can have. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
