Hmm. If a "normal" person were to go hunting runaway superpowered children in a modern setting as a special consultant to the law, I wonder what sort of gear he would use. I'm imagining this character to be a sort of roguish anti-hero, with a hell-bent-for-leather middle aged biker theme.

Would such a setting prohibit a man to using only stunguns, tranquilisers and teargas - or is it time to create a character who would sacrifice the many if it gets him what he wants. And before you ask, yes, such a route would involve lots of c4.

Currently, there is nothing to RP about. I am waiting for other users to post in all RPs I am part of, unless I forgot to post somewhere.

It seems we'll need up to several more days since Christmas before everyone else is back. Y'know, everyone else must be having a Christmas coma or something.

ANYWAYS, I just got a cool idea for a new RP idea, but I first must talk about it before creating it. Since users tend to lose interest in a RP, I think we need something that somehow relates to our own lives, makes us care about the character, and each character having a goal, such as finding a missing family member, rescuing someone form the Holocaust or military prison, or what have you.

I was thinking of an RP based on a fantastical version of the Second World War, a mix of dieselpunk, atompunk, Warhammer, Fallout, Wolfenstein, and such franchises. It will also have its own PvP system, a simplified version of Impurity, and also have classes, armor and weapons and magic types with stats, use of weaponry like Molotov cocktails, mortars, machine gun turrets, tanks, armored trains, and so on.

I think that, as with many things you've made, you're trying to hard to include too much. The horrible mashup of different universes does absolutely nothing for me, and just feels like it doesn't fit together properly. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

I'm going to have to agree with this, though I can kind of see where you're comming from Azi. By dragging a net across many topics, you allow players to pick and choose their universe - but for fans of any one topic, it can be somewhat jarring when different universes present continuity issues.

It definitely can occur, but I think borrowing certain features from certain franchises isn't too severe. For example, borrowing Power Armor, the Warp, and soldier types from franchises, and nothing more, isn't too hard to mash together. I may also be underestimating the concepts, but the main reason I borrow features from franchises is so that I can easily use Imgur images to represent certain things in my RPs. It's way easier using a picture, than having to read a paragraph. But oh well, it doesn't matter anyways.
