No my charater too is established magic girl.

So is my character.

Also, Inferi, you never joined that thread at all. Not sure why you would lie about being part of it. That just seems like an incredibly strange thing to do.

... Well, I guess that makes three things on my to do list. I think that justifies a coffee while I spend the next two hours staring at a blank word screen.

-sigh-

Just remember, you asked for this... :p

EDIT: Wait. Nobody's going to stop me?

That sounds like it'd take energy.

You don't want that, though. It means you actually have control over your abilities, don't get afraid by the majority of what happens, and can't act like you're inexperienced.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

... but those three traits are what defines EVERY magical girl. I mean, in context, a magical girl story is about a girl who becomes a woman - she's afraid of what comes next, has no control over who she is, and is unsure about the people around her.

The only reason why Magical Girls seem so in-control and powerful is often justified by the idea that they're being idolised by a rookie (who happens to be the MC). After all, icons can have no faults.

However, they don't sit in a corner, afraid of everything that's happening while their powers set the surrounding buildings on fire.

Not literally, anyways.

Nobody's going to idolize anyone that doesn't at least act confident and competent.
