Venezuela is preparing for war against America, but it's probably just an excuse for Maduro to use the military against his own people.
Anyways, since there is still tension bewteen Trump and North Korea, and extreme weather, it may be a good idea to stockpile simple foods, such as bulk bags of rice, beans, oats, and flour. If you live in an area near the hurricanes, it's useful to have a few life jackets, just in case. A fire extinguisher is also very useful.
Another important note, if you live in the West Coast of America or Canada, the earthquake zone is becoming more active. Our area has had I think three minor earthquakes past several years, making it that much closer to a possible tsunami from the Ring of Fire. Obviously, to anyone who may live in the West Coast, life jackets are probably a necessity. A boat would be good, too.
