You'll be waiting a while then, I think.
Don't worry, I'm here.
Now there's a name I've not seen in a long time
A long time.

Seriously, though. How do you guys feel about magical girls?
Depends, really. Do I want to play one? Sure, but only if everyone else isn't one. Do I want to be a tentacle monster chasing them? Nah, not particularly.

I'm implying that you're being an idiot.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Do you guys think you could tollerate magical girl character classes with pre-determined abilities and traits? Leaving room for personal abilities, of course. Or would it be safer to have everyone mould their own interpretations?
At present, I'm thinking of having 6 classes based on elements and emotions, that aim to meet the standard rpg fare. Regardless of the class, each magical girl would gain a healing factor, sense for danger and a transformation.
Water: the religious aspect about logic and emotional control. Basically a Warrior Thief or shrine maiden.
Fire: The powerhouse determinator, but isn't sensitive to complex magic, as they would rather hit things. They are the big guy.
Lightning: The quick witted scholar. Basically the smart guy.
Light: White mages who are pure of heart. They are the only class that can buff or damage other magical girls.
Earth: For those down to earth types. Basically the tank.
Air: For carefree spirits, who often attune themselves to wind spirit. Typically the sniper.
