Is it possible to have a cyborg character outfitted with crystallis tech? And is there cryogenics around by chance?

You're gonna have to be more specific because I'm greatly leaning towards no right now.

And no. Sure, the theory exists, but it's not something put into common practice.

How about something similar to Automail from Full Metal Alchemist?

It exists, but it's advanced and experimental tech, and unless one of the PCs has a really good reason why they'd have access to something like that it's not feasible for someone to have it. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

... grew up with a hot blonde mechanic who's grandmother was an old drinking buddy of your immortal father?

... Nah, that's too far fetched.

Why is everyone trying to be a special snowflake? I thought we were just random people who happened to be on an airship.

Says the anime protagonist.

Edit: Though, to be fair, we are missing some crucial roles - like a member of the onboard crew. Otherwise, I don't see much problem with our current cast. It's not like a 40 year old accountant has any chance of saving the world from the brink of war, is it?

I'm totally going to make an assassin from 'Urr' sent to kill Annie. Why? He has no idea, his superiors are nutjobs, but it pays the bills really well.

His superiors clearly have never seen Annie lift.

Y'know, despite being somewhat iffy in areas, Annie's new history does kind of make sense. I don't see any reasonable law abiding parent bulking up the kid on sterioids, but if the guy had reasonable cause to believe that he would be killed, then teaching his daughter self-defense would be high on the priority list. Not to mention that parents of pre-teens in high stress situations often tend to give their children complete autonomy and decisionmaking rights they often aren't ready for.

No, you're not shutting down conversations, I think it's nice you spend lots of time typing these out, but I can't necessarily figure out what to reply to every point (for example, about dice rolling or D&D, as I've never played D&D before). A thread having rules may work, but memorizing the rules, or backtracking to reread them, is the difficult part, I think.

It's OK, if you're not into grisly horror, then you're not, np. Ah yes, that was Ashes to Ashes I think. That RP would have ended with the death of the world-monster, and as it burned away, the ashes left behind allow plants to regrow, and so recreating the world.

Obumbration means ''act of darkening/concealing (something)'', a reference to the children's powers being hidden.

It's just a little twist. The Little Sisters were an example I felt was nice, like in Bioshock 2, your Little Sister is your daughter it seems. But yes, escort missions would work to in this case, just to make things more dynamic and caring.

Scions of Sorcery is still active, yes, but I am waiting for George and Maddy (Maddy seems to have disappeared) to post as well. I may do some extra edits for SoS. So yes, it's still going, albeit slowly.

Hm, the Resurrection ability is rarely seen in our RPs, actually.

Exactly! Autohitting has its uses, such as in 'executions', which are moments I allow users to kill an enemy however they wish.

Yes, thanks Chasers!

Yes, death can be dramatic, but whether it is sacrifice, bad luck, forlorn hope, no choice, or what have you, well, I'm not sure what works the best. I tend to lean to sacrifice, to make the death meaningful.

I'd like to bring back As Demons Weeping, especially since Ancient posted in it, and also because my driving test is over, and that I passed. However, the wildfires, and my planned trip to USA, may get in the way. But yes, multiple bios could work.

Ha, I had no idea you didn't like grisly and horror themes! This'll definitely be a big reminder of how often I work with body horror features. I was under the impression it was a cool idea, but nvm!

I don't think Black Benjamin is a unique special snowflake, but his attire does look cool. And, I debuted him as an African-American, but I just realized the actor seems to have blue eyes, and may not be an African-America. So much for my awareness abilities.

Anyways, I have passed my driving test today, surprisingly on my first try. A little ironic, because I failed the computer test twice, the N test twice, yet the hardest test I pass on my first go despite having little sleep, almost nothing to eat, and while having a cold. In about two weeks, I'll have my full driver's licence!

Gradz Azi! It's good to hear, especially given the controversies about car licencing around where I live. A few years ago, you used to be able to pass money under the table to receive a "pass" mark from the instructor. Refusing to do so sometimes resulted in some harsh marking. Luckily, that's water under the bridge now (I think).
