I'd prefer it if you weren't the world's greatest anything...good with it, sure, but I don't want a group of legendary heroes from the get-go.


Oh, and one other thing I forgot to mention. If you're using magic, it's possible to rearrange the matrix - which is what draws the energy from the crystals - you use for it, so you can change what you use in terms of magic. I'm not going to just allow switches all the time, but if there's ample preparation time and people want to do something like that it's entirely possible.
Fair enough, to be honest I wasn't expecting to be the best gunner in the world right off the bat, more along the lines of... A natural savant with guns, so plenty of room to grow.

Also, are guns usable without having crystal tech? I have that urge to be the badass normal. I am Inferi.

They are, but you have to use the old-fashioned gunpower ones. Unless you're using a gatling gun of some kind, you're going to be firing slower and with slightly less power than most people using them.

On the plus side, if anyone has a way to disable the tech, you'd be fine. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

By gunpowder ones do you mean flintlock and musket trash? Because fuck if I know anything about them except they're trash.

Admittedly the guns I have in mind are primarily a bunch of handguns, revolvers and a bolt-action rifle. Not interested in fully automatics or machine guns in general. I am Inferi.

The guns you have in mind are what I'm thinking of. Weapons that are considered old by our standards today, but not exactly obsolete. Or at least something along those lines. I'm not trying to be incredibly specific right here. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
