I have no idea why, but i suddenly want to have a character that's the reaper attempting to ne made in the base but who is only human sized and isn't far enough along in creation to actually be a reaper but is far enough along that they aren't exactly human either. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Nah, I tend to avoid editing my posts after the first hour or so. Even when I do edit them during that time period, its usually to fix the grammar, improve the sentence structure, or to find a better way of describing something. I only change it if there was something I misread or misunderstood, which in this case there wasn't.

Also, this seems to be a first contact scenario between the Collectors and the Covenant, so the Arbiter isn't going to know anything about them, and I don't metagame. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Meh, it wouldn't really make a difference. That character thing isn't canon in terms of Mass Effect universe stuff, and destroying the pods wouldn't matter in the canon representation of what I was talking about.


And there's a SC post. It's short, but I wanted to just get something up there so that I wasn't holding anything up. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
