Not to mention having the loops be relatively short means we can pay more attention to the smaller details of each event. Spreading the tragedy/event over a week means a lot more focus on making each interaction the same, because there would be a lot more of them. One to two days means the interactions, while not as plentiful, can be focused on more intently to find the plot points and secrets we need to gather.
Plus it allows some of us to play fast and loose with our characters, self-sacrifice to further the intel gathering of your allies but without having to wait for several extra days.
I am Inferi.
You're a damn sight braver than I am; I don't think I could take being killed. Or maybe I could. I wouldn't know, I don't remember dying at any point in my life.
Azi, would I be correct in my assumption that a shotgun round point-blank to the face would be enough to down a shieldless Cerberus centurion? If not I can edit my post slightly.

So, I realized a problem with having a wolf companion. Not many guardsmen would be willing to let a wolf into their city. SO I'm going to give my guy a dog.
Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!
The leader (also the guy that came up with the name) is a generally good-natured half-orc, who is a bit strict on discipline but is also caring to the mercs beneath him and occasionally banters with them while on a long march. Just to give you an idea of the company's general atmosphere.
