Yeah, imagine a bunch of cops tasing a walking drawer as it extends its socks like the arms of an octopus, smacking everyone away in its wake.

Interesting concept West, basing a system off of chess is peculiar.

I also did some work in Scions of Sorcery, added new skills such as navigation (which grants ownership of a boat or airship) and landowning (grants ownership of a village, higher tiers a town or small castle). However, these extras cannot be fitted into the thread, so I kept them in a document. I will also be adding a few new races, types of magic, and whatnot.

Hello. Seems like most users are still away, but we are approaching May, the month of busy education. Anyways, I will be going back to work on May 1st, for a temporary one-week job at a mill. By mid-May, I speculate everyone will be back and ready for role-playing, I hope.

....well, I spent the past three days playing Mass Effect 3, playing the Omega DLC over and over again, for three days straight. It's the best mission out of the trilogy so far, for me, I just really liked it. Kept multiple saves so that I can replay my favorite parts. I never liked Aria in Mass Effect 2, but in ME3, she's quite the catty lady, and a pretty fun, admirable character to go through. Even though the Omega DLC is full of bugs and weird things, it was very fun.

Anyways, on a more serious note, a tornado killed a dozen or so Texans recently, in the area my friend lives at, so I am a bit worried.

To make things even worse, the Middle East has approached a crisis with water, especially Iran and Iraq. Bad water management, poor irrigation management, pollution, and careless, old-fashioned, ineffective oil drilling has led to severe desertification; there were swamps and lakes now just cracked dirt. I speculate that within the next few years, more of the Middle East will have a water crisis. If there's an earthquake, and a few dams break, the water will go away even more, which will undoubtedly kill more people than any war ever could. At least Israel has become an oasis past few dozen years, so very well done Jews.
