Would other tribes end up at them, or are other people invited? As I'm sure you can guess, I'm trying to figure out if someone would be able to show off someone who is essentially undefeatable in a combat arena.

If the leader or a very important official from other tribe is visiting, a tournament will usually be held in their honor, and both the leader and their delegation (including any guards or family members) are formally invited to participate. These are generally the "smaller" tournaments - there was less time to prepare, and participants generally consist of the warriors of the town it took place in, as well as any wandering mercs or adventurers who are willing to put their name forward if there happens to be some empty spots.

As for the larger tournaments, which take place during festivals and celebrations and consists of warriors from all over Iron Tribe land, your tribe needs to be on really good terms with the Iron Tribe in order to attend. But even then, they won't directly invite you - you need to approach them in advance and ask to attend.

Hmm. I wouldn't anticipate the Blade Tribe being on great terms with your Iron Tribe, although I won't deny I would like Amber to have participated in some of the tournaments if for no better reason than to have her be somewhat of an established person. She was the slave soldier of one of the chieftans, though, so smaller tournaments would probably be a reasonable thing for her to have been in. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
