George,
Yeah, you can assume Darkbeasts are somewhat of animalistic intelligence. There will be some exceptions later on.

I read your three posts, well done on them all, you got this scene out very well. I like how you even have a tackle, a headbutt, and losing weapons, they made the fight scene dynamic. But ya, Gideon is an elite heavy infantryman, exactly as you chose in his abilities.

I agree, Tsakirr is the lighter, acrobatic fighter, who will soon be utilizing a mix of psionics and kakomancy. He'll definitely be one of the beast-races, just gotta decide, probably Pantherinean or Canidaean, we'll see.

NotFishing,
Eh, ya sure, np.

You're right, and at times, it's like Annie wants Annie to be captured.

Makes sense, and indeed, you do showcase the Iron Tribe's ins and outs pretty well. You can manage everything pretty well.

OK, I will keep the duels simpler, so that we move on to the climax.

I loved the Boreal Dancer in DS3, pretty tough boss, way easier than the Nameless King tho, ha. I imagined my own version of the Dancer in my Dark Souls fanfic. Although I have yet to introduce her, my Dancer will be like a Darkwraith, with skeletal armour, but always leaking glowing blood out her mouth and eye sockets, so that it leaks out her helm's visor.

Anyways, I will post later, I need breakfast and to wake up, et al.

I plan on turning Gideon into a walking armoury, able to summon fresh weapons from... Somewhere, whenever he is forced to drop or lose one. Of course, I have no idea what branch of magic would focus on being able to stockpile weapons in hammerspace to pull out whenever necessary.

Well, I say summon weapons. More like he stores tons of them in hammerspace for later use.
I am Inferi.

The king could have kept her as prisoner.

The Iron Tribe doesn't believe in life sentences. They brand people or execute them when it comes to that. And working for the Blood Tribe's allies isn't something they just lock you up for a few months for.

Also, the brand allows you to get back into the plot. Of course, it's going to be hard to convince Joric and his men to take in a spy.

But even ignoring that, had you been jailed, you wouldn't have been able to earn the King's trust. It just wouldn't have happened. And depending on where Wolf takes the thread, we might never even return to the Iron Tribe.

Anyways, Wolf: would it be alright if I have someone in the Iron Tribe send an assassin to kill Annie on the road? Just one guy, and he probably won't even succeed - it's really just meant to further develop one of the mini-characters I've introduced.

I never understood the point of the Nameless King bossfight. He's not evil, and he's not in your way. There is literally no need to kill him. You just walk up to the guy and fight him for no reason. I know they wanted to do something with Gwyn's firstborn, but it ended up being a letdown because it added nothing to the story and felt shoehorned into the game, while simultaneously killing the mystery which made Gwyn's firstborn so interesting in the first place.

It was an optional boss, if I remember correctly, so I don't feel like it was all that bad.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

George,
Any discipline in psionics also allows ''mental projection'' which is conjuring things out of thin air basically. It allows the psionic to have a hammerspace inventory, so to speak, but the inventory must first be stockpiled during role-playing, or already belong to your character (if there are more weapons in Gideon's tomb, he can conjure them at will if he was a psionic). It seems to work by the power of thoughts and memory. You can gain this ability upon the completion of Gideon's introductory quest.

NotFishing,
Oh, the Nameless King is Gwyn's firstborn? I'd never expect that. But ya, the boss fight was rather pointless, you just waltz in, he flies by, and attacks you with his cockatrice. It was a tough battle though, it took me three days to kill him. I am a terrible player, but given enough time and effort, I will eventually succeed. Also, just one more week to The Ringed City DLC! There better be Sir Alonne and the Pursuer from Dark Souls 2 there.

As Inferi just said, Nameless King wasn't that bad, it does lack story (maybe?) but at least it's there. I will admit I don't know much lore or story, most of Dark Souls either feels nonsensical or lacking most of the time, it kinda feels like a fantasy adventure game with philosophical dialogue. I still think Dark Souls would be way cooler with dismemberment, beheadings, pushing (physically with your body), tackling, disarming, NPCs having mini-routes they walk, and way more NPCs fighting other NPCs.

Oh, and I will soon post in TFL.
