Seriously though, I would encourage you guys to read Mogworld. It's not your standard medieval fantasy thing - it's actually a satire on MMOs, and what it would be like to live in one as an NPC, without actually knowing that it's an MMO or an NPC. It manages to not only be light-hearted in funny, but also philosophical and deep later on.

It's also written by the guy who does the Zero Punctuation reviews.

Well, the Iron Tribe hates the Blood Tribe too much to send your character off without some sort of punishment. This allows your character to live, but should she ever return to try the same thing again, she can be easily identified.

There is also a good chance that someone in Annie's position will die anyways, as she is being sent out into the wild without any aid or equipment. Then she has to report her failure back to an evil tribe that I would assume is not particularly lenient towards failures. Of course, Annie will probably survive anyways, because she's a player-controlled-character and they usually have some degree of plot armor. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Thanks, Fish, that was quite helpful. I've still got to begin writing up anything for the character, and that's not happening tonight, but maybe I'll manage to get something done in the near future. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Very good George, that character sounds good. I will read his bio soon, then make the prologue now that I posted for Poca, Miranda and Analee.

Ha, Mogworld sounds fun, then! Reminds me of GWAR, which is a parody-political musical band that has lots of fun, with monster-cavemen in space. Too bad one of the founding members died a while ago.

OK, your spellwarrior can indeed have been kicked out of a temple or university, both work, maybe he knocked up a virgin lady or something.

NotFishing, I will wait for your bios to all be posted before prologue-ing them, I think that'll work best? They are a group, so it makes sense to prologue them together.
