Is it possible for a mount to have certain powers as well as the rider? I'm writing up my Ieromancer now and I'm planning on making his a unicorn with minor psychic abilities, as well as being able to talk. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

A mount can be empowered with magic by its rider, so long as the rider has magical ability. I think it was West's idea to include enchanting, so I made it so that every magical ability can enchant various things, even sentient beings, mounts, weapons, shields, rings, etc. Unicorns can't talk.
