A secret Organization that works for the blood tribe but not part of it who's looking the chosen one. -Dances-

It doesn't need to be a secret organization, just be from another tribe that works for them, that's fine. But what's a 10 year old girl going to do? As for the tattoo, that's fine. Members of your tribe had to be marked.
