Okay, they both know each other from the same roleplaying forum.

Up to the tribe I guess, like the blood tribe wears red paint stripes on their faces. So if you have a tribe in mind of your own, you can create a tattoo that tribe gets if they belong in it. Just can't be any tribes already created.
