If you are talking about powers as in magic, no, they won't be getting any magical powers, as I don't see how evolutionary biology grants you magic. You are welcome to study the natural world, such as electric eels or pistol shrimp, to get a basis for a character preforming or possessing some sort of ability that correlates to biology.

The supernatural is not out of the question, but it won't be occurring from biology.



Wolfpack, the spaceship has been in space long enough for births to occur, so presumably at least a year, but it will be specified at a later time. It's up to the content of users' applications or descriptions or backstories to forge what happens in the role-play.

Then again, the naval crew of a single ship can consist of hundreds of men. I'm not sure how I feel about the tribesmen being outnumbered by one captain's forces alone.

But also then again, the natives are meant to use sneaky ambush tactics and their superior knowledge of the terrain. Also, the ships' full crews aren't going to be setting foot on the beach: many will be left behind to attend to the ship, and defend it in case any of the rival ships try to attack.

Give them a high population and then wait three posts for smallpox to spread into their community.
