No, neither the brain nor Chaos are dead. The brain is currently falling apart though. The post is meant to end dramatically, so "EXECUTE HER" means you are allowed to kill the brain now, if you want, but you may also consider thinking about what the spawns had to say.

I read all new posts in ADW, and will post tomorrow. Today, I was very busy, as my mom almost had a second stroke-like attack, so that kept me busy. Prior to that, she spent four days in hospital, so this week and last week have been very busy for me. Hopefully, things will get back to normal, but in case I mystery become inactive, it's due to family health issues.
