I don't know if Chaos is dead just yet, but the Eye of the Windmills is about to awaken when I post next. Then things might get fun.

As a heads up, awakening the Eye is a bit like entering a hypermode of sorts. Negotius will be able to use this new ability, but only for so long and there is a cooldown period. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!
