Fishing, I did some reading in the Dark Souls Wiki, and I have defeated all bosses except Lothric and Gwyn. I defeated all bosses alone, without help of any phantom, as that's what I want to do in my first play through. So far, Aldrich, Sulyvan and the Nameless King are the hardest bosses by far.
I have just gotten Fire Witch set, so that's good, very cool armour. I just have this thing for getting almost everything I can. In Dark Souls 2, I got almost every weapon and armour, then upgrading everything at least with large titanite shards, realized I did not wear most of them, and decided to,over the course of several days, just drop everything several by several for invaders to pick up. I dropped horrifyingly tonnes of burnt Ivory Knight armour, but even Arced Greatsword and Pursuer's Greatsword, both those big weapons upgraded to +5. I also dropped un-upgraded Smelter Demon armour and most boss armours. It was pretty cool, I like sharing, but players still seemed to be obnoxious, but they are allowed to play however they want.
