On the other hand, if everyone was a werewolf, nobody would be weak!
Except the werewolves who are shit at their job.
Yeah, you'd just end up creating a new standard for weak. There's always going to be people at the top and people at the bottom, in both society and nature.
If everyone was a werewolf, there would be no more humans to hunt, and the other factions would eventually die out because there's no one left to convert, so there would be no worthwhile opposition. They would only be able to fight amongst themselves, and would have to hunt common animals. The world would just go back to the stagnation that they hated.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

I hadn't even considered the aspect of using Charm to become a part of the upper class but now that I have
you better fucking believe I will
. I'm picturing using Charm to convince an NPC to sell me an expensive gown for cheap and attending dinner parties for the high-ranking people in companies and basically just taking control without anyone thinking too much of it along the way.
So is an apparent desire for dysfunctional love/hate relationships with angryfucking.
On a separate but also somewhat related note, are any of the races affected at all by the lunar cycle? Full moon doing something to werewolves, for an obvious example.
I am Inferi.
To be fair, relationships rarely happen because most people want lovey-dovey stuff and they can't really get that in an apocalyptic setting. And because most threads die before anything can happen.
Ooh, it would be cool to see that each race is slightly stronger during different stages of the lunar cycle, actually. Or weaker, or experience side effects in some way. Like, vamps get slightly buffed during new moon, werewolves during full moon, and champs/team 4 for the waxing and waning quarter moons?
