Character interaction is going to be... interesting, considering most characters are listed to be antisocial to some degree.
Question: For Project Redux, did the facility start creating customised gadgets to enhance the subjects abilities (ie. breathable stealth suits to aid in stealth, insulated gloves that can maintain excessive surface temperatures, etc) - or was the facility only interested in base abilities, considering such measures redundant/outlandish/expensive?
If such gadgets did exist, do our characters know about them - or have a rough idea where they could be found?

If you want to share the thoughts, btw, I'm always open to reading that stuff. I might not be able to say much about it, but I can assure you I'd probably find it interesting.
Also, I have to admit that you made me want to make an NPC named Shepard just for the inevitable "Wreaks." "Shepard." dialogue.

No fire/ice creation, at least not directly. It's not intended to be an elemental control ability. It can freeze/burn something if that something is susceptible to such things, however.

I cannot confirm or deny whether such things exist (mainly because I haven't decided for certain yet). I can say, however, that no characters would be currently aware of the existence of anything should they exist. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
