My next post (in a nutshell):

"... She threw her out the window.
The window, the second story window.
If you don't know what this song is about,
We'll throw you out the window."
~ 'Throw it out the window'

You know things are going slow when I'm the first one to post the bio. :P

Inferi, do you think you can do anything with that character - or should I try going for a more "normal" personality? Or should I go back to the drawing board and create a better character outline, maybe one that doesn't fit the idealistic roleplay norm that no longer needs describing.

I've recently come to have a fascination with "dull eyes of unhappiness" drawn in anime - the problem being that, much like internet emoticons, I've never seen anything matching this expression in real life. At least, not permanently like we'd be lead to believe some characters do (I mean, look at Maes Hughs from Full Metal Alchemist - even though he's one of the more exciteable genki likeable characters, his eyes are never drawn as anything but sad.)

So, just to confirm before I say anything: he's going to be an ordinary person, right? I'm asking because you listed him as being the janitor, which would mean he's just part of the regular staff. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

I did intend for him to be a subject; I guess I kind of assumed subjects had some kind of job in the facility. 'Cause I figure sitting in a room playing videogames while waiting for your next examination (like some might be tempted to do) would hardly make for a healthy or productive testing environment.

Even if he didn't, he's probably the sort of guy who would volunteer to help out with the smaller tasks anyway. Janitor just sounded cooler than "does menial tasks when bored".

OR are the two mutually exclusive for some reason?
