Well, my post there was very meh. Couldn't really get the mind working.
I left out anything about the currently surrounding vines, since I wasn't sure what the verdict on those actually hitting Amelia (since she's currently wrapped around Chaos' spinal column) was. I presume Annie has enough control, but I'm leaving that up to everyone else.

OK, so I explained a bit about the deal between Negotius' enterprise and the demon slaying Free Company, Fyrebaine. Next, I intend to get a group of their mercenaries join the crew and start another battle with the barbarians and other beings. From there, I think this should mix nicely with a bit of RPing.

So, regarding the thread idea I had (and am somewhat trying to type up) would people prefer it if the starting point was outside, bypassing the whole process of finding the way out of the facility (which wouldn't take much time at all, it would be mainly for starting and reactionary purposes) or doing the aforementioned thing and having the starting point be upon wakeup?
I'm still unsure which would actually work better, which is why I'm asking for opinions.
For the lazy people like me that don't feel like searching back a few pages, this is what the idea was:

As a side note, would anyone be interested at all if I made what was essentially a Fallout thread (i.e. everyone emerges from some kind of holding area into a post-apocalyptic world and things go from there). I'm not positive I want to put energy into it, but with the way my work has been going recently I've got way too much time to type stuff during the say.
It may or may not involve supernatural abilities.

You don't have any idea, and I'm not going to tell you.
Basically, everyone was part of a government project to make supernatural soldiers. As far as they know, they just fell asleep in the middle of a completely functioning facility and world (as in, no stasis) and then woke up to a completely non-functioning one.

I'm gonna go with voluntary, considering there's not anything in place to make them obey. The government wouldn't trust possibly WMD individuals with such abilities if they were just gonna turn against them.
And yes, everyone is aware of what they were doing pre-thread.

How many people are in the facility (roughly)? Are people inclined to stay together - thus making a home base - or is there a reason why they can't stay put? (besides our characters being snowflakes who can't be tied down!)
I suppose that would be the last question.

A few hundred were there that people remember. There's not nearly that many still there, and although there would be a few bodies around it doesn't account for nearly as many as it should with the amount that remain (which is really just you guys).
As for why you can't remain? Well, there's no food or water, and the place is kinda falling apart. The inclination to stay together is really up to character personality, but if you were planning on trying to make a base then you're in the wrong spot.
