Well, perhaps she simply wanders off and ends up traveling into another subplot? Such as she joining the search for the mountain where Soahc will meet Newborn, or stumbles upon the rising Eight-Legged One (I forgot the giant thing's name, I think it's an Eldritch), or goes off on her own adventure and finds a Godsforge or something.

I didn't actually give the thing a name, so it seems like you've cemented it as the Eight-Legged One, so that's what I'm going to roll with.
Eldritch means, "weird and sinister or ghostly," but it's such a cool-sounding word that I like to take liberties when using it.

We have The Ash Goblin following the Queen of Ashes, and The Chaos Paladins as Zamorak's finest soldiers and equivalent of the Temple Knights (the Saradominists will get stuck in too), and now we have Panic Haunting. This tells the tale of a ghost longing to leave Port Phasmatys on an adventure after the Ectofuntus is weakening, the barriers keeping the vampyres out are waning, a mass influx of souls from the afterlife come flooding in and Sliske and Xau-Tak are abducting its citizens. His soul will only be laid to rest once he has seen the world. Watch as chaos ensues when the barriers shut down and the ghosts compete for living hosts so that they can escape Sliske, Xau-Tak and dozens of starving vampyres!
I like how well versed you are with Runescape lore, I feel like I'm learning more about it the more I'm reading your stuff.
