So, I had another idea for the new Kingdoms of Karrus thread that I am totally going to make if enough people express interest. It has to do with how the magic system is going to work:
So basically, each civilization starts out with four fields of magic: the four standard elements of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air. But you are allowed an additional fifth field of your own choosing, that nobody has access to (could be anything - Electricity, Teleportation, Necromancy, Enchantment, Blood Magic, just to name a few examples, but things like Time or Physics will be off limits.)
You can, however, share these fields of magic with other civilizations. This is meant to encourage diplomacy, so civilizations can trade secrets, but you could also conquer a civilization and force them to teach it to you. If a civilization is small, technologically backwards, or military might isn't their main focus, then I may allow them to have an extra field of magic just to even things out.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

I see Annie. I'm also feeling quite tired, but the show must go on!

Don't worry Angel, there's no real central plot to the thread, save for the occasional demon invasion from hell, so unless you're in the middle of a war or something even if you do disappear it's alright.
Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
I was hoping to give time for Sir Duncan, Loaned Shark and Quick5ilvr to post, but if they don't come about soon then yes, I will post.

That's good to hear, Lask. I do enjoy your threads, even if I'm useless at joining in with them. I think the last I was on, outside of the cookie wars, was Daralt?
