Meh, I'm not going to try and talk you into one scenario or another. Whatever seems more realistic to you is best.
But discussing potential scenarios is fun!

Even if you do bang bang, the power of plot convenience will probably reduce your aim to scores standard within the Stormtrooper Marksman Academy curriculum.
Isn't this how it normally works?
Weren't the Stormtroopers aiming to miss because they wanted them to escape on the Falcon so they could track it back to the rebel base?
We were going to stop those people from doing that thing with some guys to summon that one dude or something.

I do feel you, my posting speed hasn't really allowed for a fast-paced action sequence. I do want to wrap things up a bit more naturally though, so whilst I want to carry on I also don't want to end the scene before its natural conclusion can come about.
Of course, that depends entirely on the actions which the characters take.
It feels like this scene can only end if Azul dies or one side of the 'debate' gets the absolute crap kicked out of them to the point where they are no longer able to engage in the 'discussion.'

Also I just finished watching Rick and Morty. The death of
Bird Person
hit me really hard...

I see no issue with where we've been taken.
Isn't that the tagline for the Taken **** parody?
You know, I'm not quite sure. This merits further...investigation.

I agree entirely. At this point, there's no possible way everyone is going to be happy at the outcome.

Odds are currently stacked against Annie and Etheldredda. Rovaan and Kuro can keep Azul busy, while Joric, Duncan's character, and Siera can focus on stopping Annie (assuming that Siera can do anything.) But if Annie suddenly remembers that Judy exists, then the odds may change. Of course, if Er Rill suddenly made a return we'd have Br'nard, and the odds would once again be in our favor.

Siera is going after Azul, assuming anyone gives her the chance to act and doesn't just keep her out of the fight. There's not a large chance you'll be able to convince her to attack a child.
